Returned Goods Policy:We accept returns to correct errors or omissions on the part of the National Safety Council. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your purchase, you may qualify for credit or exchange from the National Safety Council if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of shipment, unused, in salable condition, and in original package.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS:Software and other digital products (e.g., Video, CD-Rom, DVD), as well as personalized products are excluded from the policy. All sales for these types of products are final.
Instructions: Follow the instructions on the front of your packing slip ticket and include the original packing slip with the merchandise.
